These ad-hoc sessions inform participants about the specific configuration of the solution and facilitate the transfer of ownership to the project and technical teams to ultimately empower your staff to manage and extend the solution.
Context Sensitive Training System
Leverage a training system that provides over 100 contextual training videos at the fingertips of SharePoint Users or Admins. Customers can link to videos and other training materials that appear in the ribbon or via an icon immediately next to the SharePoint feature that a person actively uses. All users, including those who have not attended formal training, have access to these materials and can review them as often as needed, reducing help-desk calls. Whether it’s working with a document library or performing configuration tasks in Central Admin, help is always a click away.

Microsoft Official Curriculum Training
Based on Microsoft-approved curricula, this classroom style, feature-based, courses provide a solid foundation for beginning and advanced users and administrators. Courses are taught by Microsoft Certified Trainers and include a comprehensive workbook and corresponding hands-on-labs.
Step by Step Training is a lower cost and more flexible alternative to the Microsoft Official Curriculum training. Courses are taught by Microsoft Certified Trainers and include a Microsoft Press book and hands-on exercises within team sites that are set up in the customers QA environment. This is a good training option for large audiences and when flexibility in the scheduling and content is required.
Ongoing Support Contracts
Many of our customers engage us for ongoing support once the initial solution has been deployed. Support staff is typically comprised of resources that worked on the initial implementation and include Certified Masters, MVPs, and 100% Certified Professionals. Support contracts include a well-defined Service Level Agreement and are typically provided remotely.
